At Classy Shoe Store, we take pride in offering premium footwear that meets our exacting standards of quality and craftsmanship. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Our policy is designed to be as refined and straightforward as the shoes we sell.

Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unworn and free of scuffs or marks
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Slippers unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. All other footwear categories (Boots, Flats, Heels, Loafers, Oxfords, Sandals, Shoes, Sneakers & Athletic Shoes) are eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Package your items – Securely pack the shoes in their original box, then place that box in a shipping box. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Refunds: Will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow:
    • 5-7 business days for credit card refunds to appear on your statement
    • 3-5 business days for PayPal refunds
  • Exchanges: We will ship your replacement item within 2 business days of approving your exchange. Shipping times will follow our standard delivery estimates.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional duties
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion fees by your financial institution
