Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

For international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions), please note that customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our footwear. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, slippers cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival

Important Note: All other footwear categories (Boots, Flats, Heels, Loafers, Oxfords, Sandals, Shoes, Sneakers & Athletic Shoes) are eligible for returns when conditions are met.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the replacement item.
