Loved the style of this shoe. Very classy and summery. It would have been comfortable, too, except for the fact that my 7N feet walked right out of these beautiful flats. I don’t know why I keep trying Trotters brand when I know their narrow shoes are not narrow enough for my skinny feet. Ever hopeful, right? And thanks to Zappos for making it easy for me to continue to try!

The insole lifts so I can add my ortho insert and the shoes fit just fine. I think all shoe manufacturers should leave the insoles loose to allow for individual adjustments. Thank you for having narrow sizes. They are so hard to find these days.

The shoes fit perfectly, and I was so pleased that they came in the narrow width. They are very comfortable, and look very nice with dressier slacks and skirts. The customer service on this order was extraordinary. I needed them for the weekend, but had initially ordered a half size larger and they didn’t fit. The Zappos customer service agent saw that they came to me in time for my event. Always so pleased with the customer service at Zappos.

This return was entirely my fault. When I was ordering, I mistakenly used the wrong shoe size and hit “order” before I corrected my mistake. I re-ordered with the correct size and received both pairs today. The correct size fits fine and I’m returning the incorrect size. Sorry!!!!

I can always comfortably wear an 8N. This was off the mark. Recommend a half size larger.

This shoe looks good with ankle pants or capris. It is made well and has a bit of a sheen that tones up the grey a little bit. I have another pair that these are replacing. Very useable shoe with summer, autumn, and spring wardrobe.

Love this shoe. Only one long enough for my foot. I have to return due to It was tried on my a heavy person and their foot stretched the width of the foot bed to where this one was a boat on me. I kept a different color one and love it. Soft and it fits!!!

Love these wide shoes–Very comfortable footbed, toebox and decent heel width (e.g. not too wide–not everyone with size 10 feet has a wide heel).
I wanted the dark brown but they were sold out in 10W, so I tried the 10.5W since they were a ballet style whcih often means the length is just a bit shorter than “normal”, but they were clearly too long–I could feel a good 1/2 to 3/4″ of space in front of my toe. I toyed with the idea of keeping them anyway(maybe use a pad somewhere to fill in)–they felt and looked that good, but decided to change color instead to get the best fit.
Woven leather has give that non-woven smooth leathers do not, and the look of these is refined enough for my intended use.

Sometimes the dyes and/or materials used in shoes cause a rash on my foot wherever the shoe touches. Red shoes tend to do this most often; these were red shoes. Regrettably, I need to return them. The shoes fit well, and I liked the style.

Love these shoes! They can be worn as casual or dressy. Plenty of toe room and very comfortable. I ordered a size 11 rather than my usual 10 so I could use a foam insole and go barefoot.

Usually wear 8N had to return these (way too big) & sized down. Smaller size was better. Still breaking them in. Love how they look.

These shoes are awesome. So comfy, no breaking-in period, just perfect right out of the box! I LOVE the copper color. It’s very obviously copper (or “bronze”) rather than being just barely metallic looking. The only thing I don’t like is the bow. I’m not a bow person, but it isn’t a deal-breaker. 🙂
