I do not like tight shoes. It’s hard to find the right fit. I choose 1/2 size larger for thick socks when needed. Perfect fit

These are comfortable! The material is pretty soft. I wear a 9.5N and they will work. Shoes/boots usually are too wide, these are not.

These are so cute. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to zip the side, but I kept at it and was able to zip it I have larger ankles – if my ankles swell these will not be the boots to wear…. however the fabric is soft and I think it will stretch. The inside is so soft. The style is awesome. Feminine combat ish. The heel is just right. I gave 4 stars for comfort since they are tight on the ankle but really they deserve 4.5 stars for comfort.

I bought Trotters boots a few years ago that were very cute, with faux fur on top. I loved them and I wore them all winter, but eventually the zippers broke and the leather got worn. I was hoping these would be comparable, and they are quite comfortable. But my mother took one look at them on me and said, those look old ladyish on you. I wish Trotters would bring back the old boots, but they no longer seem to make them.

Believe it or not, TOO SOFT! These are beautiful shoes, cute, stylish. Soft uppers out of the box. BUT when I put them on, I sort of felt like I was walking on jello or something. They are true to size, but they were so soft on the inside AND outside, I kept squeezing my feet and muscles to walk. Sort of like my ankle might turn because of no support. Hope someone else has better luck, because these are so cute.

I love these boots! I walked 4 miles in them the first time I put them on and had no problem. I have narrow feet and have found that it is best for me to buy lace-up boots, so these worked out so well. I got compliments immediately on them from my stepdaughters with whom I took this 4-mile walk.

After sending back twice, down sizing from 9.5 (because Zappos recommended), the 8.5 fit perfect. The material so buttery soft! The boot fit like a dream, is the only way I can describe it since I have a difficult time finding shoes/boots to fit (due to a bunion). Great buy!!!

Fit for my 11AA feet was good. Felt good walking, with & without my own orthotics. The fabric collar was cute, but it doesn’t work with my slacks/jeans. Thick collar gets in the way. Could see this boot working only with tights/workout gear.(which I don’t wear at my senior citizen age.)

I am so happy with these boots! I live in FL and try to never go north in the winter! But I’m going to visit my sister in a couple of weeks, and I’m afraid that if it snows while I’m there, Birk sandals with socks just won’t cut it. I have wide feet and thick ankles, and I’ve tried several pairs of boots recently, but none of them fit me until I found these. I absolutely recommend them to anyone with wide feet, thick ankles, or both.

I wear a size 6 or 6.5 and my foot is a little narrow. I bought a 6.5 and they are surprisingly a tad tight on the top part of the shoe, but they are loosing up. The padding inside is great!!
