I love these shoes so much I bought them in black, brown and tan! I have “problematic” feet with a wide front and narrow heels, but these fit perfectly with the addition of a small metatarsal pad. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever had, the leather quality is excellent, and I highly recommend them.

Zappos, you are great; and thanks for letting me view these shoes in-person. Unfortunately, in-person, they are the wrong color brown for me. I couldn’t tell from the picture how orange-y brown they are, which won’t work with my clothing color palette. Also a little masculine-looking, which I can’t “pull-off.”

It’s a lovely shoe. My wide bunioned feet will never find the perfect shoe but this comes pretty darn close to filling the bill for dressy trouser shoes. There are no seams to press on sensitive points, and they’re quite stylish and I’m hoping will hold up well. I’m very pleased.

I love the look of these shoes and when I first tried them on I loved them. I was concerned about stretching and asked for help from the Zappos world. The consensus was that they wouldn’t stretch noticeably. Well, after wearing them twice I have a very raw and bloodied heel. I’m so disappointed that this happened with such an expensive shoe. I’m sad that I’m stuck with them.

If these are the 10.5 W they don’t fit well at all. The heel slips even with added grips, but the width in the toe box works for my bunions. I’m very unhappy that the 1 0.0W was to small-short and to tight in toe box -and yet the 10.5 is way to wide in the heel.

I love these shoes! They look great with slacks, jeans, and dresses! Also, they’re very comfortable! The color red is a cranberry red and prettier than I thought! Way to go Trotters!

I love the style and fit of these shoes. They come in narrow size which is hard to find. BUT, after only wearing three times, the finish has chipped off ! I plan to return them for that reason.

I am a 7M and these fit very true to size! The pewter color is absolutely gorgeous as well with the weaving. The front of the shoes are soft, pliable and comfortable, great arch support and cushioning. The main downside is the heel. It’s made with a very firm, rough leather to structure and has the potential to cut the back of your heel with a bit of walking. I recommend wearing with socks or hosiery to mitigate this.

I originally ordered this in a 6W, which is my usual size. It was much too wide, so I ordered it in a medium width. The fit was okay, but the shoe is just too inflexible for my needs. I have “fussy feet,” and need a shoe that is not stiff. This is a beautiful shoe. I wish it worked.

The fit textured ones (black/black) and the (blue/blue) felt very comfortable. It has been a while since I wore a full covered shoe, I usually wear mules or clogs. However, these specific shoes feel great, not tight at all and after a few days they felt even better. Perhaps it’s because they are made with a shiny leather and another material which allows the width of the shoe to stretch a little more, it does my bunion just fine. I can’t say to much for the others colors maybe because the others had only one type of material that seem very stiff and does not give much in the width.

Since I am a size 7.5 W, I learned to order Trotters shoes in an 8 W. It’s not problem because they make such a beautiful shoe.
I Love Trotters Liz, and got the red pair. My feet are very comfortable.

This is a good quality shoe with some nice cushion and a bit of arch support. My usual size is 10 N, but I ordered a 10.5 N, because Zappos is out of my size at the moment. I thought the larger size might be worth a try, but it did not work. I think I would really like this shoe in my size. 🙂
