Super cute. Received many complements. I needed wide shoes due to a foot injury that is taking its time to heal. These are very comfortable. Fits fine on the unaffected foot, too, because of the adjustable straps.

True to size, but if you are close to a wide, this might be tight. I am an M or B width, and the shoes were exactly the right width, with no excess. They were really comfortable for flats.

Cute shoes, true to size and width. Looks good with skirts or pants. I need a narrow fit so the Mary Jane strap helps to keep these flats on m6 feet.

These shoes are beautiful and extremely comfortable. They are some of the most comfortable “dressy” shoes I have found, and I’ve done a lot of searching. I can’t wear high heels, so these are perfect.

I like this shoe even more than I expected! It is a well made, comfortable shoe – the leather is soft and supple, the footbed is cushiony. The square toe and scallopped design make it very feminine. Normally, I wear either a 9 1/2 or a 10 (always a Medium width). This shoe fits me perfectly in a 9 1/2 M. The heel does slip ever so slightly, but the Mary Jane strap is adjustable so when I tightened it a little that issue went away. I ordered it in the navy blue and while I like the color it is darker than the picture suggests. When I first opened the box I thought I had received the black, but on closer inspection in the light it is a true navy blue. Overall, a really nice shoe! Good value, style and comfort

I LOVED the looks of this shoe. The strap is wonderful for people with narrow feet. The scallops gave them a dressier look. Unfortunately, the toe box was tight and rubbed my foot, so sadly I had to send them back.

So cute and comfortable that I just ordered them in a second color. My foot is a little narrow, but narrow size is usually too narrow. I got medium width, so it’s just right with the strap.

Cute shoe for a comfort shoe. Unfortunately Trotters is serious about Narrow, and while the heel fit my skinny heel perfectly, the toe was just too narrow for not-skinny big toe.

Love these shoes! I have a narrow foot with a high arch and high instep, and finding comfortable fashionable shoes is a huge challenge. These are cute, comfortable, and fit well. I’m very happy with them, and would have ordered them in other colors, but they weren’t available. Hopefully more will be back in stock soon!

I was searching for a relatively flat shoe; this fits that bill. BUT! It runs narrower than sized; had to return the medium for a wide. (There’s a reason that the “W” sizes are mostly sold out.) It also seems to run half a size shorter than stated. Another issue: The working buckle is attached to the shoe with elastic, so the cross-wise strap lifts when you take a step. On the plus side, the leather is soft and the shoe has an attractive, discrete profile.

The great thing about these shoes is the footbed: sturdy and well-padded for a flat, and they don’t look clunky. I usually wear a narrow, but Trotters run narrow. Because there’s a strap to keep these on my heel, I ordered a medium, and it works. I’m returning them because the right shoe felt a half size too small – like they got mislabeled or something. Otherwise they’d be fine.

The material is super soft and it has a good cushion, but I found them to be a bit longer than I expected and on the narrow side.

The toe area of these shoes is soft and comfortable, they narrow a little at the toe so this caused a problem with my big toe. The run a little bit long but would not cause a problem for most people The feminine style is lovely. The navy color is also great
